SnapFit – AI Calorie Tracker is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet or fitness routine. AI-generated nutrition estimates and third-party database values may be inaccurate; use them as guides only.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including when signing in through third-party providers such as Google. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions are billed through the app store where you downloaded SnapFit. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. All billing, refunds, and payment information are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store according to their policies.
By uploading meal photos or notes you grant SnapFit a license to process and display that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights.
You agree not to use SnapFit in any unlawful way, including sending spam, reverse engineering the app, misrepresenting your identity, or submitting harmful content. Users under 16 require parental consent.
Except for user content, all SnapFit materials remain the property of the developer and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the in-app settings. Upon termination your right to use SnapFit ends immediately.
SnapFit and its developer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of AI nutrition estimates, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We may update them periodically and will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
